"We are insulted", well so am I (but at what you are saying)!! Who do they take instructions from? Who do they act for? Is this part of their KPI? C'mon, let them concentrate on what some of them are trying to do, I don't want my money to go into the drain mate. Its my money too you know, now that I pay taxes.
